Steve Meckfessel started writing songs at the tender age of 13. His early days were spent playing bass guitar and singing harmony in ‘Size Five’, a popular teenage rock and roll band in Sacramento . In his college years he formed an acoustic folk duo with a close friend in Santa Cruz . Ten years ago, after two decades of musical darkness, he pulled his dust covered guitar out of the attic and began to write again, but the new songs explored themes brought on by age and maturity—songs of family secrets, of long forgotten poets, of separateness, connection, of second chances and acceptance. Steve’s first CD, ‘Twice’ was used on the television show ‘JAG’—he is finishing his second CD, ‘Under Beautiful Skies’, which is being produced by Keith Greeninger. He is a guitar player’s songwriter—his songs are distinguished by their varied voicings and unexpected chord progressions. From 2003 up until last year, he played lead guitar and sang in the Orinda based rock and roll cover band, Stone Soup. He lives in Alameda .
Ken Cooper is one of the best liked and respected musicians in the Diablo Valley area. The talented guitarist-singer can be seen every week performing with one of his great bands or solo. He is very versatile and can rock out on a big stage or play gentle music in an intimate restaurant.
He performs with - Mersey Beach, AKA, The Famous Trio, The Big Sirs and Forest Fox & Friends. A longtime fulltime musician, he also has a recording studio/production company where he arranges, performs and records original music(CDs and demos) by/for/with local musicmakers. He has been the opening act for Rock Legends Roger McGuinn and Dave Mason and Folk Legend John Stewart among others.

Deborah is a prolific songwriter with over 20 songs to her name. Returning to the Bay Area after 18 years in France and Algeria, she decided to add a French repertoire to complement her original songs. With her crystal clear voice, she accompanies herself on piano to perform a wide variety of styles including folk, soft rock, country, and jazz.
