The "Birds" are a spirited and talented quartet of veteran performers who have joined together to create a rich and eclectic sound. Singing both original and standard rock, folk & country tunes, the "Birds" will move your feet, touch your heart and tickle your funny bone. The band features the smooth 3-part harmonies of Donnalou Stevens, Robert "Woody" Trevorrow, and Barry Silverblatt, enhanced by the magical beats of percussionist, Susan Jette. Donnalou, a singer/songwriter from Austin, Texaswas the founding member of the crazy musical comedy, the Cow Patties. Susan plays with a variety of ensembles, from Santa Rosa Symphony to Shodan Taiko. Barry and Woody were founding Bammy award-winning members of Hearts on Fire. Woody was the seminal bass player for Americana hotshots "Houston Jones". Barry is currently the jazzbo guitarist for "In the Swing".... Come fly with us. You'll be glad you did.
