We
bake all our cookies, scones, bread puddings, crisps,
cheesecakes, brownies and other desserts as well as jam,
cranberry sauce, dressings & granola. We serve
“Acme” bread, from Berkeley, delivered fresh seven
days a week. We squeeze our orange juice daily.
We use Miller thick sliced bacon, sliced twice as thick
as most restaurants. We use fresh pasta from the
“Pasta shop” in Berkeley. We do these things
because that’s what you would do if it was your
restaurant.
